NASM Certified Personal Trainer I have spent the last 13 years helping others achieve a lifestyle that is healthy and active. I have helped people discover what optimal health feels like and hit personal goals that seemed insermountable. Post pregnancy fitness, strength training for the endurance athlete, physique training and fat loss are my areas of expertise. Personally, I have participated in numerous road races. Marathons, Half Marathons, 10 and 5K's were my lifeline to fitness. After I gave birth to our first child, I decided it was time to change the way I viewed exercise. I dedicated some serious time to lifting weights and eating right. The astounding results were empowering. In 2008, I participated in my first figure competition and fell in love with the dedication and training it took to compete. I have since trained women to compete in physique competitions and pursue goals they never thought were possible. My first hand knowledge has allowed me to share what works when big results are the goal.
