Friday Workout Compliments Men's Health and Workout Muse



This morning my ladies kicked butt. I took them through a great workout that was written up in Men's Health by Adam Campbell with the actual workout program designed by Rachel Cosgrove. I love it, a woman writing a workout for a magazine that is predominantly read by men! And one word to describe it... TOUGH!
